On behalf of our client, a successful iGaming company, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Swedish Customer Service Agent. Responsibilities:
  • Answer customers’ queries via email, phone or live chat
  • Resolve issues by ensuring excellent quality service
  • Process pay-outs and investigate bonus abuse, anti-fraud and risk management
  • Create and coordinate bonus campaigns
  • Improve internal processes to optimize quality and productivity
  • Report to direct manager
  • Other duties
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English languages
  • Previous experience in Customer Service (iGaming experience is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Can do attitude
