Swedish speaking service profiles for our Back Office team
”We are looking for dedicated, service minded profiles, to be a part of our dynamic Back Office team. The team handles e-mail, chat, social media, Trustpilot etc. on behalf of our business partners. The team is situated in our Danish office in Copenhagen.”
CAN YOU COMMUNICATE AND PERFORM EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE BY E-MAIL CHAT, SOCIAL MEDIA ETC. AND DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN EACH CUSTOMER CONTACT – THEN JOIN US IN OUR FAST GROWING COMPANY.
The task is to handle requests on e-mail, chat, social media and occasionally phone – ensuring the overall customer experience whether it is:
- Track and Trace requests
- Queries e.g. subscriptions, products, travels or the like
- Re-booking and/or reimbursements
- Follow up on market initiatives according to defined campaigns
- College degree, language or social studies is preferable but not a requirement
- Language skills:
- Swedish or Norwegian fluently, written and spoken
- English, high level, written and spoken
- Additional language skills are a plus not a requirement
- IT flair
- 6-12 months’ experience in the service sector; customer service, administration,help desk, office or the like
