Swedish speaking Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for fluent Swedish speakers who want to join an international Customer Support team in Cluj, Romania. This large city in the northwest of Romania is home to universities, vibrant nightlife and beautiful architecture. The city has an international feeling to it and is a perfect location for an expat.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be helping clients of a very well-known global software company. Most of your contact will be via incoming calls, emails and live chat – your task is to listen to the customer, collect the relevant data and diagnose the issue. Technical troubleshooting and first-time resolution is important in this role. Besides this, you will provide product advise and assist with general customer queries.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Swedish
- Good command of English
- Excellent listening and customer service
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and develop
