Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent

Function
  • Professional handling of inbound/outbound phone calls.
  • Efficient management and follow-up of orders in SAP
  • Pro-active handling of customer complaints
Profile
  • You are graduate or equivalent by experience
  • You have a perfect command of Swedish (Minimum required level : C1) and an operational knowledge of English.
  • You are customer-oriented
  • Computer literate
  • you are stress resistant and able to cope with problem solving situation.
  • you have strong communication skills, and a “hands on” approach
  • the knowledge of an additional Nordic language (Finnish, Danish or Norwegian) would be a plus
