Swedish speaking Back Office Administrator
We have an exciting new opportunity open for Swedish speakers for a new role in Latvia’s capital Riga. The city is considered a cultural centre and is home to many museums and concert halls. The pedestrian-only Old Town has many shops and restaurants with the busy Livu Square, with bars and nightclubs, so plenty to do in your spare time!
You will work as a Back Office Administrator for a global insurance company where you will be responsible for back-office support for the internal Sales & Underwriting teams. Part of your daily tasks will be answering incoming emails/chat. Besides this you review and investigate cases and claims, action any queries and amend policies etc.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Fluent in English and Swedish at min of B2 level
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to multitask
- Bachelor Degree
Selection process is done remotely via phone and Skype. Once successful you will be offered an excellent relocation package which will include flight to Riga, hotel on arrival, monthly housing allowance on top of your basic salary and a one-time relocation bonus pay out on arrival.
