Senior Sales Executive (remote)

The Sales team plays a critical role at Topcontent. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and sales driven professional to join a fast-paced, high performing team of professionals. You’ll be considered senior because your primary function will be to generate high value, new business opportunities and build and nurture relationships and partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact with potential clients and will play a crucial role in closing new business. The successful candidate will play an important role in building and engaging the company’s client base and creating effective strategies that will promote long-term growth which will enable you to create a portfolio of returning clients which further enables you to benefit from good and long term commissions. Who you are We would love to consider you for this role if you:
  • Are already working in sales in our industry of online marketing
  • Are knowledgeable about SEO and understand how to sell it
  • Have experience selling to the E-commerce industry
  • Have a portfolio of potential clients (already connections) within the industry
  • Hold an EU passport
  • Consider yourself to be a 5 STAR sales member and a 5 STAR team player.
Who we are  We have been offering content and translation services to clients since 2013. We have a huge presence in Europe and will be further expanding across continents. We are experts in content and translations in over 15 languages across different markets. Our main markets include casino, online gaming, travel, web shops and other e-commerce industries. Who our clients are Typical clients of Topcontent include clients who have an on-going need for content. These could be clients that sell a lot of products and therefore have an on-going need for product descriptions. Other clients will be clients who are targeting customers across multiple languages and therefore need their site translated across different languages. More about us  You will be joining a team of sales experts and will be led by our Head of Business Development. We are going to grow this team throughout the year and fill it only with A star quality sales people. By A star, we mean experienced sales people who will deliver on the sales numbers we need. But it’s not just about the numbers, we are looking for people who will fit in with our company culture – which is one of teamwork and respect. We are proud to have a “no blame” culture. More about you  You will need to be a self-starter. You will not wait for things to happen for you but you will go out and make things happen. You enjoy finding the solutions you and your clients need. We are an agile, fast-paced business and we can make the changes you need happen fast. You roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Not everything will be set up for you so if something is missing you have no problem in stepping up and fixing it. Your previous numbers speak volumes and your previous targets have been set at a minimum of 1M annually. The money you will make at Topcontent We want you to be making a lot of money with Topcontent and we know you will be achieving this. You will start on a higher base salary for the first 3 months and have lower sales targets until you are up and running. We choose to do this to show our support in you financially and really help you get started. Once you are settled, we will lower your base rate and increase your targets and your commission earnings will increase a lot. You will earn commission on the full amount you sell, as long as your quarterly target is met. Commission is uncapped. What else can you expect from Topcontent? You have a voice. Use it. Tell us what you need. We are here to listen. You’re close to the client and we know you know what we need to do to sell more. You will travel and attend events. You can pick and choose which ones you attend as long as you get the sales done.
