Scandinavian Customer Support Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Scandinavian Customer Support Team Leader. The position involves general responsibility to plan for and have your assigned team of Customer Service Agents work towards and achieving the current goals of the team and the individuals in the team. The goals include efficiency/productivity targets as well as quality targets. The work should be carried out in an efficient, productive and customer focused manner and according to procedures and guidelines that currently prevail. Reports to the Customer Service Team Manager and overall assists in achieving the team and department goals. The position includes the following duties:
  • Perform salary reviews and development talks according to company policy
  • Hold individual one on one´s with agents on a monthly basis to ensure that quality and efficiency is up to standard.
  • Monitor the performance of the agent and make sure it is in line with the overall goals
  • Communicate what is expected from an agent in his/her role, both in terms of skills and attitude
  • Set yours, and the team’s schedule – accounting for operational work hours, vacation and sick leave: create and maintain schedules for agents in the markets/Brands for which you are responsible
  • Report sick leave, vacation leave and bonus compliance on a monthly basis
  • Recruit the members of the team when needed
  • Assist your fellow Team Leaders in managing their teams and markets when they are absent
  • Complete your daily tasks set by the management team
  • Co-operation & Development of the Customer Service
  • Contribute and take actions towards a positive working environment
  • Give feedback to agents, Customer Service Manager & Trainers on areas of improvement both on department level as well as individual feedback
  • Collaborate with other members of the Customer Service Team to make sure we work in a unified manner and reach our overall goals
  • Create a positive team spirit
Who are you? 
  • Worked previously as a Team Leader or experience in managing a team is a plus
  • Fluent in one or several of the Scandinavian languages plus a English
  • Is able to handle a group of 12-15 agents and handle stress in a productive way
  • Knowledge of online/casino and sportsbook customers is highly advantageous.
  • Have the ability to work both on an individual level and be a team player at the same time.
