A summer job in the USA is more than just a job, it's a journey you will remember forever. An Amazing Opportunity - in an amazing location San Diego has the perfect climate with an average temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius and some of the most beautiful beaches of the American west coast. Many people come to enjoy the beautiful coastal areas to surf, kayak, spend a day on the beach or go hike. It is a large and lively city, but with a very relaxed mentality and is often compared to Sydney. Because of it´s popularity, it has an endless amount of exciting restaurants and bar and is also American nr 1 place for craft brewing. Student summer job positions Our summer jobs are all located in Pacific Beach and Mission beach which are located just north of San Diego Downtown. There are plenty of accommodations to be found near the beach areas and most summer workers are commuting on the board walks running along the beach. We offer summer work through a couple of different employers in San Diego. You can find more positions here. Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina – Application deadline is March 26th Located near SeaWorld San Diego, the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina is a vacation resort that offers guests incredible ocean views, waterfront dining, beautiful pool, eco-friendly spa and updated hotel rooms and meeting spaces.

San Diego Coast Company – Application deadline is March 27th Belmont Park is an amusement park located on the beach in Mission Beach, a beach stretching 4 miles with a beautiful boardwalk along the water.

Pacific Mission Store – Application deadline is March 27th Pacific Mission Store is a beach shop that sells Beachwear, Souvenirs and t-shirts. It is located in central Pacific Beach, next to the Pacific Ocean and some of the most popular beaches of San Diego.

Prices and conditions are explained in detail on our website. Who Can Apply? To work in the U.S. during a summer, you need to get a specific J-1 visa and you have to be a fulltime student. The North-West Passage is helping you get this visa, so you are able to enter the U.S. This is the reason we call this a Summer Work & Travel experience, as this program comes with initial costs for your job placement, visa and insurance.
