Enterprise Software Business Development (Swedish)

Would you like to push your career in business development? Are you a motivated sales person who does not take a no for granted? Then this one is for you: The Company. Our client is an international sales solution provider who is managing the sales funnel for renowned companies in various industries. For their hub in Barcelona they are currently recruiting a Swedish speaker who wants to develop a career within business development. The Job. In this role you will be responsible for qualifying leads and converting them into business opportunities for the sales representatives. The main tasks include:
  • Qualify and identify the needs of potential new customers by applying an effective selling strategy (mostly inbound)
  • Constantly looking actively on the market for potential new prospects to maximize coverage
  • Forwarding qualified leads to sales representatives who will continue the sales process
  • Establishing strong collaborations with your sales contacts in order to improve your communication and develop your market knowledge
  • Keeping track of your lead pipeline and try to progress it
  • Document all your lead management related activities
  • Constantly improve your product and market knowledge
The Profile. You are either a recent graduate who wants to start his career in a renowned company or you have already gained up to 1 years of experience in business development and would like to further develop your acquired skills.
  • You are a Swedish native speaker with a very fluent level in English
  • You have up to 1 years of experience in business development, lead generation or similar
  • You have a strong interest in IT and/or business software like ERP systems
  • You have excellent listening skills and are able to sell according to the needs of the customers
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone
  • You are not an aggressive sales person and you have very professional telephone manners
  • You are proactive, willing to learn and have the ambition to grow professionally
  • You are a strong team player, but also able to handle tasks independently and without guidance
  • You are target oriented and preferable have worked already in such an environment before
  • You are a humble person and easy to connect with people
