Concentrix Bulgaria is now looking for dynamic and self-motivated Customer Advisors to join our partnership with VF.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for energetic, customer-oriented professionals to join our global team. You will interact daily with customers via phone and e-mail and you will deliver a consistent level of outstanding service, ensuring resolution and adding value to the customers’ experience that continually exceeds their expectations.
Every day you’ll make a difference to our Client’s customers:
- Handle and resolve inbound calls, consistently meeting and maintaining our standards and goals.
- Provide expert advice and accurate information to customers regarding the website, booking challenges, and changes/cancellations to existing reservations.
- Negotiate and troubleshoot as necessary to satisfy the customer need.
- Follow company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on a variety of issues.
- Work effectively and concisely within a larger global team to meet company goals.
- Maintain positive attitude at all times!
- Are fluent in Swedish and advanced in English
- Can represent our client’s brands and deliver outstanding customer service with clarity, passion and enthusiasm
- Are flexible to meet the changing needs and varying deadlines of our business
- Can work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs within a service targeted environment.
- Have excellent computer literacy.
- Have previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably telephone based.
