Customer Support Specialist

On behalf of our client, Shared Service Center of a big international company in Sofia, we are currently seeking bright professionals for the role of Customer Support Specialist. Responsibilities:
  • Handle Swedish speaking customers via emails or telephone;
  • Prepare and analyze reports regarding customer experience;
  • Managing and entering the incoming queue of orders from the business country;
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide high-quality support;
  • Working in an international and dynamic team.
Requirements:
  • Fluent written & spoken Swedish language;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office/ ERP/ Outlook/ will be considered as advantage;
  • Ability to easily deal with challenging situations;
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • Desire to collaborate in a team.
