Your challenge:

Are you interested in sports and want to be part of an international team? Then start working for our Eurosport department. More than 500 employees are working for Majorel in Münster Germany, providing professional assistance to our customers within Europe. Join our Swedish Team to assist customers with any questions regarding the Eurosport player.

  • Support of customers via phone, email and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding the Eurosport Online Player
  • Take over the community management on our social media channels
  • Collection and maintenance of customer data
  • Clarification of customer inquiries regarding service, subscription, payment and technical requirements
  • Work on requests and comments via the Eurosport Social Media channels


Your profile:

  • Excellent Swedish language skills (spoken and written) on native speaker level
  • Additionally good English language skills
  • Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner
  • Initial experience in customer service preferred
  • Good knowledge of current social media channels (e. g. Facebook, Twitter etc.)
  • Passion for community management and digital affinity
  • Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills (customer oriented)
  • Good PC skills (usage of web-based tools and MS-Office)
  • Sufficient typing skills
