Customer Operations Representative – Nordics

The Team: The Customer Operations team is at the heart of our business and our people excel at delivering a high level of customer service to our customers. In addition to providing a seamless service, you will put our valued customers at ease at every stage of their journey. By combining a diversity of cultures and top talent, you will join a team delivering a wide-ranging service to millions of customers worldwide. A typical day: You’ll be assigned to a designated team, depending on your language skillset, who are great at making sure you feel welcomed from the get go. Each day you will support our customers’ needs, via a variety of mediums such as phone, email and social media, in a helpful and engaged manner. We’re a 24/7 operation, meaning that our teams work on shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Our environment is fast-paced and demanding, but extremely rewarding. Resilience is paramount and our managers will recognise your achievements and your performance. What background we’re looking for:
  • Experience working in a customer centric role and providing excellent customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish is essential – both written and verbal communication

  • Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours, one that spans weekends and holidays as our customers need us
